Human moods are so weird…we are happy, sad, angry, dejected, motivated, etc, etc, etc, on the same day! I don’t know about others but most of us, including me, go through a whole sequence of feelings in one single day. Its funny how much we think about smallest of the issues, isn’t it? Most of the points on which we waste our time & thoughts are not even worth it!
But then, some of us are just like that, we think about stuff a little more than others…its not wrong, there is no harm in thinking more but if it starts taking a toll on you, you better stop right there! It doesn’t make sense that you get distracted from your goal because of it. Start ignoring the people, things and thoughts that bother you so much in a negative way. No point wasting your feelings on such things. I have decided to be less attentive to such worthless issues and rather use my mind in other productive places as much as possible.
You have to stop being unfair to yourself, stop thinking and bothering about issues and people, even if they hold a great importance in your life because if you think negative, you might end up losing a lot! Sometimes you just have to think less! It will be good for you most importantly and your friendships & relationships. So take a chill pill :)
